Getting your bookings in

It depends on where the booking is. Pick the one that matches.

On iPhone and iPad

The email has a PDF attached

  1. 1Tap the PDF to open it.
  2. 2Tap Share, then Portway.
Most emails

The email has no PDF

  1. 1In Mail, tap the reply arrow, then Print.
  2. 2Tap Share at the top, then Portway.

It’s only in an app

  1. 1Take a screenshot of the screen with the dates and confirmation number.
  2. 2Tap the small picture in the corner, then Share, then Portway.

Don’t choose Full Page. It comes out too small to read.

On a Mac

Drag the PDF onto Portway, or use Share, then Portway. No PDF? Print the email to a PDF first. You can also pick Send to Portway from the Services menu.

Tips by company

AirbnbThe Airbnb app can make a PDF of your stay (it’s meant for visas). Share that PDF.
Amtrak, JetBlueThe confirmation email has a PDF. Share it.
Delta, United, AmericanUse the confirmation email: Print, then Share.
Marriott, HiltonUse the confirmation email: Print, then Share.

The airline changed your flight?

Open the flight in Portway and tap Update from a document, then pick the airline’s new email or PDF. You’ll see old and new side by side, and approve each change.
