What Portway keeps
Your trips, bookings, documents and notes. They’re stored on your devices and synced through your own private iCloud.
When Portway reads a booking
Only when you ask. The document goes straight from your device to Anthropic, the company that makes Claude. Claude reads it and sends the details back. [What Anthropic keeps, and for how long.] You can turn reading off in Portway’s Settings. [Confirm where.]
Portway’s one small server
Before a document is sent, the app asks Portway’s server for a one-minute pass to use Claude. The server hands back the pass. It never sees your documents or your trips. [What it logs.]
Sharing a trip
If you share a trip, the people you invite can see it, through Apple’s iCloud sharing. You can stop sharing at any time.
Paying
Apple handles your purchase. I never see your card or your name.
